Our Wallflower Seasonal Espresso welcomes Chanjul, Mexico to the blend.

This washed coffee is grown in volcanic soil in the border region between Mexico and Guatemala, just kilometres away from the Tacaná Volcano.

All coffee on the farm is selectively hand-harvested, and sorted at the wet mill. Their philosophy is to produce coffee sustainably by regularly investing in infrastructure for the benefit of farm workers.

We love experimenting with every seasonal change in Wallflower, and this change is no different. We’ve been loving it with milk, bursting with coconut and milk chocolate notes, almost like drinking a Bounty. As a black, it’s complex with a lingering raspberry acidity, perfect as a long black.
