SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipping Within Australia
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days, however in some cases dispatch may occur later due to our roast schedule or stock levels. Most orders through the online store incur a flat shipping fee of $7.50 (inc GST) to locations within Australia. Some items may be eligible for free shipping. All orders are dispatched with tracking.

2. Shipping Internationally
International Shipping is not currently available through the online store. Please contact us directly for international orders by email info@clarkst.coffee or phone +61 3 9428 3229

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via the Clark St Coffee website, please contact info@clarkst.coffee or phone +61 3 9428 3229 to resolve the issue.

Coffee is a fresh and perishable product and Clark St Coffee Roasters does not allow any returns on coffee purchased. Clark St Coffee Roasters does not allow returns of equipment or coffee for change of mind. Refund or exchange are issued if the incorrect product is dispatched, in case of manufacturing defects, or the product is not suitable for the prescribed use. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be assessed prior to processing of refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of Clark St Coffee Roasters.

4. Repairs & Warranties
Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty so if a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorise a repair or replacement.

5. Delivery of Goods
Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carriers for your region. Our major delivery partners include Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT. Clark St Coffee Roasters’ own drivers may deliver some Melbourne metro locations. Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, Clark St Coffee Roasters accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

6. GST
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services or purchase of any product provided by Clark St Coffee Roasters are GST inclusive. Clark St Coffee Roasters will issue a tax invoice for all purchases. GST means the Australian Goods and Services Tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the “Act”). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

7. Errors and Omissions
Clark St Coffee Roasters endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

8. Pricing
All prices are in Australia dollars and are subject to change without notice.

9. Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal via the PayPal and Stripe payment gateways. Subscription products and their reoccuring payments are processed by Stripe only.

10. Cancellation Policy
Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel or modify your order. +61 3 9428 3229 or info@clarkst.coffee. Most of our coffee is roasted to order and cancellations are at our discretion. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been collected by our delivery partners.
