Sertão, established in Carmo de Minas, focuses on sustainable farming & high-quality coffee. Planted on high-altitude slopes to protect tree health and ensure uniform ripening, the farm produces a variety of exceptional varietals. Now in its third generation, the family continues to prioritise quality & environmental care.
The Yeri Mountain project champions quality and sustainability by preserving coffee varieties and using meticulous processing methods. It supports small farmers in South India through sustainable infrastructure like wet mills and clean water access, fostering long term community growth and environmental care.
Cafetos de Segovia micromill is a labour of love from the Albir family, specifically now the second generation sisters, Ana and Martha Albir, who took over from their father in 2007. After investing in a mill in 2015, they began to provide milling and exporting services for their farm and 11 nearby farms owned by friends and family. These farms located around Nueva Segovia make up the community blend called Cafetos de Segovia.
With milk, sweet notes of honey, milk chocolate & toffee. As a black, sticky honeycomb and lingering red fruit.
