Armiyadi is a third-generation Gayo coffee farm dedicated to quality, sustainability, and traceability. Spanning 3 hectares with an innovative hedge planting system, the farm maximises productivity with 4,000 trees per hectare while maintaining soil health through organic compost made from goat and cow manure mixed with coffee skin waste. Shade-grown under diverse trees like lamtoro, banana, and avocado, the coffee is meticulously processed—from hand-picking to controlled fermentation, thorough washing, and careful drying for optimal flavour and consistency. Committed to transparency and education, the farm shares its sustainable practices both on-site and online, inspiring a new generation of coffee farmers and aiming to produce 2–4 tons of traceable green beans annually.
