Origin Talk + Public Cupping Event with Luiz from Fazenda California (Brazil)
Clark St Coffee, Condesa Co.Lab and Capricornio Coffee are proud to announce a special origin talk and public cupping event with Luiz Roberto Saldanha Rodrigues from Fazenda California to co-incide with Melbourne Coffee Week and MICE 2018. Luiz is a leader in the Brazilian specialty coffee industry and one of Clark St Coffee’s origin partners.
This year, Fazenda California has been undertaking fermentation and processing experiments as part of the Aida Batlle Selection project to deliver some unique and outstanding coffees. Clark St Coffee has secured 7 different lots from Fazenda California and Luiz will be here to share the process and cup the coffees with us.

Paid Public Ticket attendees will receive a 250g bag of coffee from Clark St Coffee at the event.
