Clark St Coffee Roasters offers comprehensive Barista Training Sessions both at the roastery and in-venue to ensure quality and high standards are met. Introductory Sessions include fundamental extraction troubleshooting, milk techniques, cleaning and presentation skills. Additional training guides help reinforce one-on-one and group training sessions, while Advanced Development Sessions target key team members to explore the process in greater depth.
Advanced Latte Art Workshops, provide assistance with visual presentation of beverages to address this vital component of service. Cupping Events and workshops are frequently undertaken at both private and public events to ensure new coffees and brewing techniques are explored and discussed, along with recent origin travel, learning and discoveries.
Servicing & Equipment
Regular preventive maintenance is essential to ensure that espresso machines and grinders are kept in good condition, minimising down time.
Clark St Coffee Roasters undertake weekly deliveries with their own staff allowing for on the spot troubleshooting and advice. Equipment technicians and support are available on-call seven days a week and preventive maintenance schedules are in place for wholesale customers.
Café consulting for new and established venues can be provided with our extensive wholesale experience and industry knowledge. New, used and financed equipment is available.
